ACES Direct from Tilburg has been voted best IT reseller in the business market. In the CIO top 100, working in the Netherlands chooses their favourite IT partners. With the victory ACES Direct leaves large organizations like Coolblue and Apple behind.
With the Dutch Partner Preference survey, CIO wants to assist IT Managers and CIOs in choosing the right partners. Readers and visitors of Webwereld, Computerwereld and especially CIO.nl, among others, indicated via a survey which companies they prefer to do business with. ACES Direct was chosen as the preferred IT reseller.
After a first place two years ago and a podium place last year, ACES Direct Managing Director Sven van Boxtel is extremely pleased with the continued confidence of the market "This is an appointment of which we as ACES Direct are very proud. It is an achievement of the entire organisation. A reward on behalf of the clients for which we and the whole team are working hard is the best you can get. As an organisation in a technology-driven and driven society, we seek human contact. This award shows -in view of its value- that we succeed in doing so."
ACES Direct wants to improve the working day of other organisations by using IT. According to Sven, in order to achieve this, you need to invest in relationships. "Not only to customers but also to colleagues, partners and shareholders. This is reflected in a special office, an inspiring working environment and HR policy with room for growth and development and specialist sector teams with an eye for the wishes and problems of customers. This "ecosystem" ensures that we know what our client thinks, what he does and what his organisation looks like. In this way, we help them to innovate and thus achieve their goals."
In the CIO100 survey, CIOs and IT Managers working for companies with more than 100 employees indicate which partner they prefer to work with. Who do they advise as a partner? According to Sven, the fact that the business market chooses ACES Direct is no coincidence. "Our existence has always started from that business basis. We don't just want to get to know the market, we want to contribute to it. That we succeed is the best compliment we can get."
