Holland Property Plaza event takes place in LocHal
Today the HPP Pitch and Matchmaking day will take place in the LocHal (Seats2Meet), a new event organized by Holland Property Plaza in collaboration with the municipality of Tilburg. The aim of the meeting is to get acquainted one-on-one with (new) or existing public projects and with the presenters, decision-makers in the public sector (aldermen/real estate management, R.O.). Tilburg was specifically chosen because of the award winning LocHal.
By participating in this day, participants get a unique insight into upcoming or current government projects in progress. During this afternoon, in the award-winning LocHal Tilburg, each participating organization or city will present 2 projects (30 minutes). At the end of the afternoon a plenary discussion will give the final conclusions and feedback about the projects. The central question put forward by Tilburg is: 'Municipality: from subsidizing to participating'.
This unique Matchmaking Day will be introduced by Chief Government Architect Floris van Alkemade with the presentation "Panorama Netherlands" in which he gives his vision on the future spatial design of the Netherlands. It shows how the major social issues of today can be the key to welcome, structural improvements in the future. Moderator Ben van der Burg has been invited to lead participants through the programme and the plenary discussions.

The municipality of Tilburg has been participating in Expo Real Munich as part of Holland Property Plaza (HPP) for more than 10 years. They have been HPP Public Members for a number of years now. This year, for the 11th consecutive year, they will organize a Business Lunch at Expo Real, which will be organized for them by HPP.

This year's annual real estate fair Expo Real Munich will take place from Monday 7 to Wednesday 9 October 2019. The Municipality of Tilburg will be present on Tuesday 8 October and, as in previous years, will join Holland Property Plaza (HPP) as HPP Public Member. Participation in Expo Real offers the municipality the opportunity to maintain existing real estate contacts effectively and efficiently in a very short time; to establish new network contacts; and to retrieve market information for future choices.
