Positive Tone new tenant Plan-T

"Tilburg is developing very rapidly: the young character of the city is only reinforced by beautiful destinations such as Plan-t", says Nino Hogenkamp, owner of Positive Tone. The company fits perfectly into the future of the city and the Spoorzone: progressive and positive in the most literal sense of the word. Positive Tone rents approx. 110 m² on the first floor.

Positive Tone, a multidisciplinary media company and content platform, has signed the lease agreement for Plan-t. In addition to the production of film & photography, Positive Tone also offers full service artist management for people who think that they have a positive impact on the Netherlands and abroad in their own unique way.

Positive Tone starts this year with The Photography Masterclass, an online platform where you learn everything about photography and immediately end up in a network full of photographers.

About Plan-t

Plan-t, a development of the VolkerWessels company SDK Vastgoed, will be the hotspot for enterprising Tilburg in the heart of the Spoorzone. The special building, named after a train set from the sixties that appeals to the imagination, has seven floors and offers a total of almost 11,000 square metres of office space.

In addition to an inspiring working environment, the building offers many communal facilities such as the underground car park, central reception, high-quality catering facilities, a 'chillroom' and various meeting and presentation rooms.

The Plan T building will be constructed entirely electrically with a focus on sustainability by means of heat and cold storage, solar panels, LED lighting and climate ceilings.

About the railway zone (Spoorzone) Tilburg

The Spoorzone is for everyone: for the people of Tilburg who want to live pleasantly and modernly in a place where there is always something to do, with public transport within walking distance. An area for entrepreneurs, from starting to increasing scale and beyond, who are looking for new housing and where there is room to work on new concepts of services and products.

An entirely new part of the city is currently being created at the location that was once the workplace of the Dutch Railways. Since the fences around the former NS site were removed in 2010, the municipality of Tilburg, together with its partner VolkerWessels and other companies, has transformed this area into a lively residential, working and recreation area with a strong link to the knowledge economy. In total, this area will eventually be realized:
approx. 2,000 homes
approx. 50,000 sq.m. work | business and commercial services
approx. 25,000 m² of knowledge of culture and social programmes
approx. 15,000 m² leisure time | entertainment
