From congress to exhibition, from festival to market: it's all possible in the Koepelhal. Until 2011, this versatile industrial events location was the main storage facility of the former NS workshop in Tilburg. Since then, the industrial trusses and the special light incidence have become the backdrop for a wide variety of events. The Koepelhal can accommodate large groups. And in combination with the adjacent Wagenmakerij, the Koepelhal offers even more possibilities.

This raw industrial location has been turned into a special events location. The Koepelhal is approximately 24 meters wide and 87 meters long. At its highest point, the half-round roof is no less than 10 meters high. The Koepelhal can accommodate up to 3100 visitors. But the Koepelhal is also an attractive location for events with considerably smaller groups.

The central hall measures approx. 2100m2 and can be arranged as required. With its steel trusses and high, semicircular round windows, the Koepelhal has an almost cathedral-like appearance.

The main entrance on the east side, on the side of the NS square, is adjacent to an entrance area that can be used as a checkroom or reception desk. This space gives access to the central hall. The first floor also provides a small production office, toilets and a space for catering, for example. The existing toilets are sufficient for events up to 750 people in number, for events with more visitors additional mobile solutions can be used, for example in the adjacent Wagenmakerij. There are three places where direct access to this building is possible from the Koepelhal.

Facilities and possibilities
The Koepelhal is a versatile venue. Its flexible layout makes it suitable for a wide variety of events. A fair, exhibition, conference, market or staff party: the Koepelhal has it all. Facilities such as stages, sound and lighting systems can be arranged as desired. As an organizer, you are also free to provide your own catering.

On the second floor you will find three large dressing rooms, two of which have their own shower and toilet. There is no furnishing, kitchen and/or technology available. Do you want breakout rooms? These can be realized in the space itself as desired but also other buildings in the Spoorzone offer various possibilities for this at a short distance. Events with loud music such as dance events are very limited.

Location and accessibility
Because of the central location of the Spoorzone at 500 meters from the railway station, the Koepelhal is perfectly accessible by public transport. The Spoorzone is adjacent to the center of Tilburg. At about five minutes walking distance are two large parking garages: Tivoligarage and Pieter Vreedeplein. Also in the Spoorzone are parking facilities (paid) at the Smederij parking lot and along the Burgemeester Brokxlaan.
