From Tilburg directly to China

Seven times a week freight trains from the Chinese metropolis of Chengdu arrive in Tilburg. The successful Railport Brabant in Tilburg is the latest proof that the province has become the logistics hub of the Netherlands. Tilburg is one of the largest railports in Europe and is the most flexible. Much more flexible than Duisburg, where the favourable German employment conditions result in restrictions in the handling of containers, for example. The train transports various products: from Belgian beer to French wine, and from luxury cars to flight simulators. With a growing Chinese middle class, the demand for Western products is increasing. And this makes Tilburg the ideal hub in Western Europe.
