Writing your business plan

Are you like many other entrepreneurs working in your business instead of on your business? You have many ideas, there are many opportunities and possibilities, but the line is missing. The delusion of the day dominates and questions that are important for the future remain unanswered. During this three-day workshop, you will change all that, because you will be given tools for a well thought-out business plan! 

During this three-day workshop, you will work on your own business plan under Paul's guidance. You will also have the opportunity to test the quality of your plan against practice and fellow entrepreneurs.  

Programme 

Day 1 Wednesday 18 October 2023: 
In an interactive and hands-on way, you will be introduced to the ins and outs of a good business plan. Why do I need a plan, what can I achieve with it, what is a good plan, what does it contain, how do I build it, where do I get all this information and what choice(s) do I have to make in the process? 

Day 2 Wednesday 1 November 2023: 
Work (further) on your own plan. This morning there is an opportunity to brainstorm with each other and with Paul about your strategy, the choices you face and how to translate that into your business plan. Finally, work on the future of your own business in complete concentration. You are doing your company (and yourself) a big favour by doing so. 

Day 3 Wednesday, 15 November 2023: 
On day 3, you will put the finishing touches to your business plan and prepare it for presentation. How do I present my plans well, to that collaboration partner, that prospect, that bank or that investor. Learn to present your business in the workshop group and receive feedback. Sharing and learning from each other is an important part of this workshop. 
 
This workshop consists of 3 mornings, participation is only possible if you attend all three parts. These will take place on: Wednesday 18 October, Wednesday 1 November and Wednesday 15 November 2023 from 9.00am to 12.30pm.
