Writing your business plan

Are you like many other entrepreneurs working in your business instead of on your business? You have many ideas, there are many opportunities and possibilities, but the line is missing. The delusion of the day dominates and questions that are important for the future remain unanswered. During this three-day workshop, you will change all that, because you will be given tools for a well thought-out business plan! 

During this three-day workshop, you will work on your own business plan under Paul's guidance. You will also have the opportunity to test the quality of your plan against practice and fellow entrepreneurs.  

Programme 

Day 1 | Wednesday, May 29, 2024:
In an interactive and practical manner, you will become acquainted with the ins and outs of a well-crafted business plan. Why do I need a plan, what can I achieve with it, what constitutes a good plan, what should it include, how do I structure it, where do I gather all the necessary information, and what decision(s) do I need to make?

Day 2 | Wednesday, June 12, 2024:
Continue working on your own plan. This morning provides an opportunity to brainstorm with each other and with Paul about your strategy, the choices you face, and how to translate them into your business plan. Finally, immerse yourself in focused work on the future of your own enterprise. Doing so will greatly benefit your company (and yourself).

Day 3 | Wednesday, June 26, 2024:
On day 3, you will put the finishing touches on your business plan and prepare to present it. Learn how to effectively present your plans to potential partners, prospects, banks, or investors. Present your business to the workshop group and receive feedback. Sharing and learning from each other is a crucial aspect of this workshop.

This workshop consists of 3 mornings, and participation in the workshop is only possible if you attend all three parts. They will take place on Wednesday, May 29, Wednesday, June 12, and Wednesday, June 26, 2024, from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm.
